Lodging Information

Three hotels have been secured to provide lodging for those who wish to come to San Diego for the JIT and need accommodations. Reservations must be made by July 5th, 2005 in order to get the Group Rate. For more information on location and directions, please call the hotels.

Embassy Suites Hotel

These suites have two rooms – a living room and a bedroom and are $169.00 per night. The hotel is located 2 long blocks from the venue (within walking distance). Each room has two double beds with a couch in the living room that folds out to another queen bed. All suites are equipped with a coffee maker, mini-refrigerator and microwave. A complimentary full cooked to order breakfast (including cereals, breakfast breads, and fruits) is offered each morning from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (make sure to get to breakfast early), and two hours of complimentary beverages are provided each evening from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Overnight parking is $12.00. per night.

Directions: From HWY 5 (Traveling North or South)– Take the La Jolla Village Drive Exit and head east. The hotel will be on your left on La Jolla Village Drive.

located about 7.5 miles from the venue. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator

is within walking distance of San Diego’s Mission Bay and 3.5 miles from Sea

Directions: From HWY 5 (Traveling North or South) – Take the Clairemont Drive Exit. Drive

East 1 block. The hotel will be on your right.

located about 7 miles from the venue. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator

World Famous Cinnamon Rolls.) The hotel is 3.5 miles from Sea World..

Directions from HWY 5 (Northbound) – Take the Grand/Garnet Exit. Road becomes Mission Bay Drive. Take a right on Damon Avenue. Hotel entrance is on the right hand side.

Directions from HWY 5 (Southbound) – Take the Garnet/Balboa Exit. Road becomes Mission Bay Drive. Take a left on Damon Avenue. Hotel entrance is on the right hand side.
